Account and Data Deletion Request

At Samrat Software Solutions, we provide you with full control over your data in the Smart Rent Manager app. Depending on where your data is stored, follow the steps below to delete your account and associated data.

1. Local Data: Since your primary rental records are stored locally on your device, deleting the app will permanently remove that data from your phone.

2. Deleting Cloud Backups (Google Drive)

If you have created backups on Google Drive:

  1. Open your Google Drive app or website.
  2. Search for files with the extension .srm or files named "Smart_Rent_Manager_Backup".
  3. Select the files and click "Remove" or "Trash".

3. Deleting Samrat Cloud Sync Data & Account Profile

To permanently remove your owner profile, authentication data, and any synchronized records from our secure Firestore database:

Subject: Account & Data Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email]

Please include your registered email address and mobile number. Upon verification, we will purge all your profile data and synchronized records from our servers within 7 business days.

Effect: Once your account is deleted, your subscription/trial status will be lost, and this action cannot be undone.
