Data Deletion Request

At Samrat Software Solutions, we provide you with full control over your data in the Smart Rent Manager app. Depending on where your data is stored, follow the steps below to delete it.

Note: Since your rental records are stored locally on your device, deleting the app will permanently remove that data from your phone.

1. Deleting Cloud Backups (Google Drive)

If you have created backups on Google Drive:

  1. Open your Google Drive app or website.
  2. Search for files with the extension .srm or files named "Smart_Rent_Manager_Backup".
  3. Select the files and click "Remove" or "Trash".

2. Deleting Account Profile

To remove your owner profile and authentication data from our activation system:

Send an email to: solutionssamratsoftware@gmail.com

Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Name]

Please include your registered email address and mobile number. We will process your request and purge your profile data within 7 business days.

Once deleted, this action is permanent and your account cannot be recovered.
