Welcome to Smart Rent Manager. By using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Data Responsibility & Loss

While the app provides both local storage and cloud synchronization, Samrat Software Solutions is not responsible for any data loss caused by device failure, technical glitches in sync, server downtime, or hardware damage.

2. Mandatory Backup Policy

NOTICE: Users are strictly advised to regularly perform Local Backups and Google Drive Backups. The "Cloud Sync" feature is provided for convenience and should not be relied upon as the only copy of your data.

3. Subscription & Payments

Premium features are available via yearly subscription. Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Refund requests are subject to Google Play Store policies.

4. Accuracy of Calculations

While we strive for 100% accuracy in rent and electricity calculations, users are advised to verify the totals before final billing. We are not liable for any financial discrepancies resulting from user input errors.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the app for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Cloud Sync & Data Security

The "Samrat Cloud Sync" service synchronizes your text data across devices using AES-256 End-to-End Encryption. While we strive to provide the best technical solutions; Samrat Software Solution shall NOT be held liable for any failure to retrieve data, corruption of data, or server-side issues. Users utilize this service at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining their own secondary backups.
